Exceptional Service

Wanted to rent bikes while we were in town on a cruise. The cruise ship tours had heights requirements that didn't fit our youngest son. We went here because they had tandems and hook one for younger kids. $20 each tandem for all day, how could we go wrong? We biked the perimeter of the entire island in 2 hours- we had a blast!

A Must-Do While in the Keys

The booking process was easy and the prices were better than any other local shop I looked at. We ordered 7 bikes for 3 days. The bikes were delivered at the scheduled time and the young man who brought them explained everything, made sure the seats were the right height and made adjustments as needed. Each bike came with a bike lock and he made sure we knew how to work it. On Sunday the company came and picked up the bikes. Everything was so simple! Riding the bikes around Key West was the best way to travel. We had so much fun!

Rentals Made Easy

The all-day rental prices are very reasonable, and way better than the prices for the bikes available on-site at our hotel. They delivered the bikes to our hotel for no charge and they picked them up there later when we were done (all we had to do was lock them up out front and leave the keys with the concierge - so easy!). Locks and baskets were included, as well as a helmet for my young niece. The bikes worked great - we had no issues at all.

Great Way to See Key West

I rented bikes for the week we were in Key West and it was a great way to get around the traffic busy island. The company was very accommodating to work with. Brought the bikes to our hotel when asked to and picked them up when expected. The bikes were in great condition and all had the necessary night riding lights and reflectors. All in all, a very good experience!
